Corn Fest
Corn Fest coincides with NIU Move-in Weekend: Fri., Sat., Sun.
The City of DeKalb will hold its 33rd Annual DeKalb Corn Fest on Friday, August 20th through Sunday, August 22, 2010 at DeKalb Taylor Municipal Airport.
Friday, August 20th, 3pm-11pm
Saturday, August 21st, 10am-11pm
Sunday, August 22nd, 10am-6pm
Kishwaukee Kiwanis Food Tent Menu:
Sweet Corn with “real” butter, salt, and various condiments;
Grilled bratwurst and hot dogs;
Assorted pop and water.
*Note: There are two DeKalb Kiwanis Clubs. Kishwaukee Kiwanis traditionally and popularly boils our sweet corn. The DeKalb Kiwanis roasts their corn. Come out and support Kiwanis: Serving the Children of the World.
